07 EE ENGINEER BOOKING JOURNEY

Designed a new engineer booking journey for EE, focusing on designing an intuitive, user-friendly experience from the ground up. This redesign simplified the booking process, improved service accessibility, and significantly boosted customer satisfaction.

08 EE TRACK A FAULT JOURNEY

Designed a new “Track a Fault” journey for EE, providing customers with a clear and intuitive way to monitor and resolve service issues. The improved journey offers real-time updates and greater control, significantly enhancing the user experience and transparency around fault tracking.

  09 SIRI AS A CHANNEL

Led the design of the “Siri as a Channel” project, exploring how an enhanced Siri could meet customer needs by serving as the primary communication hub between apps, including EE. I developed an interactive, future-focused prototype that demonstrated a seamless experience, allowing customers to check their EE bill through the Monzo app using Siri.
